Key information about data protection

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter – the Policy) defines the procedure and
conditions for the processing of personal data of users of the mobile application for
subscribers of the institution “Water Utility Management of the Mayor’s Office of Manas city”
(hereinafter – the App). The processing of data is carried out by the
institution “Water Utility Management of the Mayor’s Office of Manas city”
(hereinafter – the Operator) in accordance with the Law of the Kyrgyz
Republic “On Personal Information” and other regulatory legal acts governing the protection
of personal data.
1. General provisions
The App is intended to provide convenient access to information on a subscriber’s personal
account and, where applicable, to enter meter readings (including optional photo confirmation
at the user’s initiative). The App does not accept payments and does not process payment
instrument details.
2. Data collected
The App may process the following data:

personal account number – to identify the subscriber and provide access to information on
charges and payments; - meter readings – for calculation of charges;
- photos of meter readings (optional) – to verify the data entered by the user.
3. Status of data displayed and liability
The App only displays information on the personal account received from the Operator’s
accounting systems. The information displayed is for informational purposes only, does not
constitute a financial document or public offer, and may be subject to technical delays in
updating.
The Operator is responsible for the relevance and accuracy of the data. In case of any
discrepancies, the records in the Operator’s accounting systems shall prevail over the data
displayed in the App.
Payments are made on secure pages of payment partners. The App does not process payment card
numbers or any other payment details.
4. Service (technical) data processed
To ensure correct and stable operation of the App, a minimal amount of technical data may be
processed during a user session:
- network identifiers (IP address) – as part of the communication protocol;
- device type, operating system version, App version;
- service error logs (if the user has given consent).
This data is not used for personalization, but solely for security and reliability of
operation, and is not transferred to third parties unless required by law.
5. Storage and security

Subscriber data is stored in the Operator’s information systems for the periods established
by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic. - The App does not store data on the user’s device beyond the duration of the active session.
- Data is transmitted over secure channels using HTTPS/TLS.

Access to data is granted only to authorized employees of the Operator to the extent
necessary for the performance of their official duties.
6. Changes to this Policy and publication procedure
The Operator has the right to make changes to this Policy. The current version of the Policy
is published on the Operator’s official website and/or in the App and enters into force from
the moment of publication, unless otherwise specified.
